Exclusive Two-Year Warranty

When purchasing eyeglasses from Frameworks Eyewear, be assured they are the finest quality available, which is why we back our frames and lenses with a two-year warranty. If the frames break under normal wearing conditions we will repair or replace them for free. This warranty does not cover loss, theft, or scratches.

Our Accident Protection Program

If you clean your lenses with a paper towel or just happen to scratch (or otherwise accidentally damage) the lenses, we will replace them and pay 70% of the current retail price as often as necessary during the two-year warranty period. This is quality service you can depend on. (Limited to same prescription.)

Care and Handling

Remember to visit us at Frameworks Eyewear every 3-4 months to get your frames adjusted. It's fun and it's free.

Do

Blot dry with 100% soft cotton or silk cloth.
Place in a clean eyeglass case when not in use.
Clean eyewear with Frameworks Eyewear lens cleaner. (Bring your bottle back for free refills!)

Don't

Wipe lenses while dry.
Clean with a tissue paper or ammonia based products
Allow lenses to come in contact with a rough surface.
Leave your glasses in a car or expose them to extreme temperatures
